Stress Relief For Students: Paint Night

Studies suggest that art therapy can be very valuable in treating issues such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and even some phobias. It is a great way to express our emotions without words, process complex feelings, and find relief. The student counselling center arranged a paint event for the students at campus. As half of the semester has passed most of the students feel tired and overwhelmed, so painting is the best remedy to wipe out all these psychological problems. The organizer of the event was Megan. The main agenda of this activity was to persuade people to think of their present situation and depict it in the form of colors on canvas. It was so much fun. Every stroke provides so much mental peace and creates distance between the painter and their problems. It is always a pleasant experience to play with colors.
