Cardi B Arrested
On Monday, October 1, American rapper, Belcalis Almanzar, better known by her stage name, Cardi B, turned herself into the police where she was arrested and charged with two misdemeanors on account
s of assault and reckless endangerment involving a strip club fight on August 29.
Police reports clarify that around 3 a.m. Cardi B got into an argument with two female bartenders at a strip club in New York. The two bartenders were Baddie Gi, and 23-year-old Jade, which Cardi B believed to have slept with her current husband, Offset. Eventually, a fight broke out where objects like chairs and bottles were thrown at the bartenders.
Cardi B is to appear in court on October 29 to receive a desk appearance ticket. There will be no trial, sentencing, or jail time as her punishment was already pre-determined.
