On Monday, April 17, President Barbara Mistick held a dinner in honor of the senior class. The dinner was set to be held outside at Sharpe House, however due to inclement weather earlier in the day it was moved indoors to the Hankey Center. The seniors gathered together in the Hankey Center, chatting among themselves as well as with President Mistick and Dean Mary Beth Williams, about their future prospects and their plans for after graduation. The dinner started at 5 p.m. and ran until 6 p.m. so students who had night class were still able to eat and get to class on time.

Before the dinner began, President Mistick gave a speech to the seniors about the upcoming changes to their lives and how the campus has changed in the time of the seniors being at Wilson. After her speech, the students were able to enjoy a very well put together meal by the dining staff. The meal included sides of salad, rice pilaf, and pasta primavera. The sides were accompanied by chicken with pineapple mango salsa and seared salmon with lemon cream sauce. Black Forrest cake and cheesecake were enjoyed for dessert. The students talked among themselves and the President and Dean while they ate and enjoyed the time away from their busy academic schedules.
