Demitri Keopradit Named to All-Conferences Second Team

Freshman golfer Demitri Keopradit was chosen to be a member of the 2014-15 North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) All-Conference Second Team. In order to receive All-Conference Team honors, an individual performer must finish in the top-15 in the two-day NEAC Championship golf tournament.

Keopradit finished the NEAC Championships in a tie for 8th place and completed the tournament with a 164, with scores of 85 and 79 combined from each round. “It is great to have Demitri recognized as an All-Conference team member. For a freshman, on a first year program, to be honored says a lot about the vast commitment and dedication Demitri has put into his game,” said head men’s golf coach Jameson Wallace. “It’s a great precedent to set for incoming student-athletes about what level of performance can be achieved during their first year on campus.”

Keopradit competed in six golf matches for the Phoenix during the 2014-15 golf season.

During the first ever Wilson College Invitational golf tournament on April 16, he finished tied for 8th place and set the bar for future Wilson CollegePhoenix golfers. With this honor, Demitri Keopradit becomes the first male athlete to be named on an NEAC All-Conference Team.
